- Between 6:45 pm - 11:00 pm
Team Fees:
- $650 ["Early-Bird" Registration -- until Monday, August 28, 2023]
- $700 [Regular Registration]
- $50 Forfeit Deposit (payable by captain)
- All payment is due one week prior to start date - an additional late fee of $50 will be charged after the regular registration deadline if there is still space in the league
- No team shall be placed on the schedule until payment is received in full

League Fee Includes:
- Six (6) league games minimum for the regular season (plus playoffs for the top qualifying teams)
- Reserved field locations at Fair Oaks Park
- Field coordinator at each field
- One paid umpire at each field
- Game balls are provided for every game
- Food and drink specials at the sponsor bar: Barley House
- Player gifts for up to 14 players on each team. Additional player gifts can be purchased for $10 each
- Championship gifts for up to 14 players on the championship team. Additional championship gifts can be purchased for $25 each
League Overview & Rules:
- Games are seven innings or 50 minutes (whichever occurs first)
- Ten players on the field at all times (at least four females and no more than six males). Fourteen players on a roster is suggested
- Batting order/lineup must alternate between males and females: Positions & Lineup Charts - Basic | Detailed
- Modified USSSA rules
- ASA approved bats must be used
- Home plate extension mat will help determine balls and strikes
- Males will hit a 12-inch softball; females will hit a 11-inch softball
- Pitcher "protect" zone to discourage dangerous comebackers
- Six-run limit (for each team) during the first four innings
